Overview

Weft ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile wardrobe management app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account info: Your email address, used to create and manage your account.
• Profile info: Optional — display name, height, build, body measurements, and style preferences you choose to enter.
• Additional context: Optional free-form text you provide to personalize recommendations (e.g. your lifestyle, style goals).
• Photos: Clothing photos, outfit photos, and shopping photos you upload or capture within the app.
• Avatar photo: An optional profile photo you choose to upload.
• Usage data: Feature usage counts used to enforce free tier limits (e.g. number of reviews used this month).
• Push notification token: A device token used to deliver notifications such as when a wardrobe review is complete.
• Purchase info: Subscription status managed through Apple — we never see your payment details.

How we use it

• Clothing photos, outfit photos, and shopping photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, and style feedback. Photos are not stored by Anthropic after processing.
• Your additional context and style preferences are included in requests to personalize recommendations. This text is not stored by Anthropic after processing.
• Your account and wardrobe data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage.
• Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. We use this only to determine whether you have an active Pro subscription.
• Push notification tokens are stored solely to deliver in-app notifications you have opted into.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase and transmitted over encrypted connections. All data is associated with your account and isolated from other users.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your wardrobe, photos, and all associated data from our systems.

Children's privacy

Weft is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
