Getting Started
How do I add items to my wardrobe?
- Tap the + button on the Wardrobe screen
- Take a photo of your clothing item (laid flat or on a hanger works best)
- Weft automatically identifies the category, color, material, and fit
- Review the details and tap Save
Tip: You can add multiple items at once by selecting multiple photos from your library.
How does Fit Check work?
- Take a photo of yourself wearing an outfit (full-length mirror works best)
- Tap Fit Check and upload your photo
- Get specific feedback on fit, proportions, color coordination, and styling
How do I use the Style Guide?
- Go to your Wardrobe
- Tap any item you want to build an outfit around
- Tap Style Guide
- See complete outfit recommendations using pieces you already own
What is Scout?
Scout helps you make smarter shopping decisions:
- Tap Scout
- Photograph something you're considering buying
- Get analysis on whether it fills a gap in your wardrobe, duplicates what you have, or pairs well with your existing pieces

How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Weft Pro
- Tap Cancel Subscription
You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Weft Pro subscription
- Tap Report a Problem and follow the prompts
Privacy & Data
What data does Weft collect?
- Photos you upload (wardrobe items, outfit photos, shopping items)
- Wardrobe item details (category, color, material, fit notes)
- Usage analytics (which features you use, how often)
How is my data used?
- Your photos are analyzed by the Anthropic Claude API to provide styling advice
- Usage data helps us improve the app
- We never share your personal data with third parties for advertising
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your wardrobe items, photos, and usage data.

Troubleshooting
The app crashes or freezes
- Force quit Weft and reopen it
- Restart your iPhone
- Make sure you're running the latest version (check the App Store for updates)
- If the problem persists, contact us at [email protected]
AI features aren't working
- Make sure you have an active internet connection
- Check if you've reached your monthly limit (free tier only)
- Try taking a clearer photo with better lighting
My wardrobe items aren't syncing
- Check your internet connection
- Log out and log back in
- If you recently deleted items, it may take a few moments to sync
Photo uploads fail
- Make sure Weft has permission to access your Photos (Settings → Privacy → Photos)
- Check that you have enough storage space on your device
- Try compressing large photos before uploading
