Getting Started

How do I add items to my wardrobe?

  1. Tap the + button on the Wardrobe screen
  2. Take a photo of your clothing item (laid flat or on a hanger works best)
  3. Weft automatically identifies the category, color, material, and fit
  4. Review the details and tap Save
Tip: You can add multiple items at once by selecting multiple photos from your library.

How does Fit Check work?

  1. Take a photo of yourself wearing an outfit (full-length mirror works best)
  2. Tap Fit Check and upload your photo
  3. Get specific feedback on fit, proportions, color coordination, and styling

How do I use the Style Guide?

  1. Go to your Wardrobe
  2. Tap any item you want to build an outfit around
  3. Tap Style Guide
  4. See complete outfit recommendations using pieces you already own

What is Scout?

Scout helps you make smarter shopping decisions:

  1. Tap Scout
  2. Photograph something you're considering buying
  3. Get analysis on whether it fills a gap in your wardrobe, duplicates what you have, or pairs well with your existing pieces

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Weft Pro
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple. To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Weft Pro subscription
  4. Tap Report a Problem and follow the prompts

What data does Weft collect?

How is my data used?

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your wardrobe items, photos, and usage data.

Troubleshooting

The app crashes or freezes

  1. Force quit Weft and reopen it
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Make sure you're running the latest version (check the App Store for updates)
  4. If the problem persists, contact us at [email protected]

AI features aren't working

My wardrobe items aren't syncing
